The Madhusudan Institute of Co-operative Management (MICM), established in 1955-56, is a premier management institute in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. It operates under the National Council for Co-operative Training (NCCT), New Delhi, promoted by the Ministry of Co-operation, Government of India. The Institute act as a nodal agency for “PradhanMantri Fasal Bima Yojana programmes” organized all over the state, for Directorate of Agriculture and Farmers Empowerment, Govt of Odisha.

The institute is running 2 years Full time AICTE approved MBA programme since 1998, in affiliation to Biju Pattnaik University of Technology, recognized by Department of Higher Education Odissa.
Along with regular MBA programme, the institute offers:-
Higher Diploma in Cooperative Management (HDCM): A 26-week flagship program approved by NCCT, designed for individuals working in the cooperative sector and private candidates meeting the eligibility criteria.
DGR Certificate Courses in Small Management/ Rural Entrepreneurship, Retail Management through Entrepreneurship Model, Resettlement ‘O’ Level, Computer Application and Accounting.
MICM is situated on a 3.4-acre campus featuring a two-storied administrative and training block. The institute offers a well-furnished hostel accommodating up to 150 boarders, with most programs being residential.
