Xavier Institute of Management (XIMB) in Bhubaneswar, India offers scholarships to meritorious students for their MBA program. These scholarships can help to make education more affordable and provide equal opportunities.
Applicants are required to take any one of the Admission Tests:
a) XAT to be conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur, on January 05, 2025, OR
b) CAT to be conducted by IIMs November 24, 2024, OR
c) GMAT conducted or to be conductedin 2023 or 2024, OR
d) XGMT (XIM General Management Test) to be conducted by XIM University on January 25, 2025.
Applicants opting for XAT/CAT/GMAT are required to follow the XAT/CAT/GMAT advertisements respectively and apply in time. Registering for XAT/CAT/GMAT is a prerequisite for applying to XIM University’s Executive MBA-BM program, if not opting for XGMT.
Candidates short-listed on the basis of admission test (XAT, CAT, GMAT, or XGMT) scores will be called for Group Discussion, Writing Ability Test and Personal Interview at Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata or Mumbai (if held offline). Candidates will have to meet their own travel/stay expenses for attending the interview session.
Please note that the modalities of the shortlisting/selection process will be shared with the candidates in due course. The final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in XAT/CAT/GMAT/XGMT, GD, Writing Ability Test, & Personal Interview, and will take into account the past academic record and relevant work experience.
Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB) is a business school in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. Established in 1987, XIMB is governed by the Government of India, the Government of Odisha, and the Jesuits. The school was founded under what the parties called a ‘social contract’ between the Government of Odisha and the Jesuits in Odisha, with Fr. Romuald D’Souza SJ being its founder-director. XIMB has been part of the exclusive Super League of B-Schools (Top-10) in India – the highest tier rated by All India Management Association (AIMA). XIMB was ranked 10th in the prestigious Dare2Compete India’s Top 10 Competitive B-Schools 2022. The institute was also ranked 1st in the state of Orissa Education World B-schools ranking 2020–21.
